Scrappy was bought as a puppy and then give up at 7 months of age. They just didnt want him any more. He is a pretty energetic little guy He is said to be a chi weenie. He is funny and playful and good with other dogs, seems good with all people. He is getting neutered and up to date on his shots this week and will be ready for his forever home.
