Joe was rescued from A Kill Shelter in Duplin NC where he was dumped after hunting season with a bunch of other hound dogs. The shelter estimated him 9 years old but seems like he is younger. He was neutered , teeth cleaned, and up to date on all shots. He is also heartworm negative. He loves to run and stretch his legs. He is learning leash training and is quiet and a good boy in a crate. He likes to howl hello, and is not a barker. Probably be best for a home with a fenced yard. He is food motivated which has been great with training.
