Bolt was dumped into the shelter and adopted and returned a few time for biting. What no one seemed to know is that he is deaf so when grabbing him and he didnt see you and didnt hear you coming, he bit out of fear, His handicap does not slow him down. He goes out with the other dogs, he goes in, he is fine as long as he sees what you are doing to him. He kind of runs around doing his own thing, so you gotta watch him, and you cant call him to come back. LOL. He is special needs so he does need a home without children.
