Cocoa was rescued from ACC NYC, it was written in the shelter that she was very well behaved and knows commands, housebroken, and a good dog that is afraid of strangers. She does need time to meet and like other dogs, as she is fearful of them in the beginning but after a introduction she does like other dogs. She has an issue with cars, bikes, people, and other dogs on walks. She barks at them during walks and lunges but with a few quick tugs she can be redirected but we would need an adopter who will work with those issues. She is fine running around in a yard. She is scared of new people but once she knows you, she is your pal and you can do anything with her. She is under 20 lbs and 1.5 years old. She needs a dog savvy owner who will work with a trainer on her issues.
