Jasper is a cute little guy at about 6 years old and 7-8 lbs. He looks to be a Chorkie. He gets very attached to his person and loved to snuggle and follow you around all day. He is good with other dogs, and seems okay with cats too. He was dumped in ACC NYC and was scared and just wants to be loved.
