Scrappy is exactly his name. He was dumped at ACC NYC at 8-9 years old. He was matted severely so he is completely shaved. Not neutered but he will be before adoption. He has plenty of spunk in him. He likes other dogs and is good with people but he does do a little fearful growl and nip every once in a while until you get to know him. He needs to feel very comfortable in his surrounding before he can trust completely No children. and probably only a 1-2 person household. He needs love and patience and understanding.
